HR: Maintenance Associate
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance Associate
- • Diagnoses mechanical issues and corrects them when possible.
- • Performs basic repairs and maintenance.
• Repairs machines, furniture, equipment, and appliances.
• Conducts routine inspections of the premises, buildings, other structures, and equipment to review functionality and detect malfunctions as needed.
• Performs minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Performs minor painting, staining, or varnishing of surfaces, structures, or equipment and basic carpentry and masonry work.
• Installs or reconfigures modular offices space.
• Works with contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Orders supplies and parts and maintains inventory and documents.
• Ensure quality control.
• Complies with federal (OSHA) and state (MOSH) health and safety regulations and safe work practices, reporting of any defects immediately to management.
• Performs general cleaning and keeps working areas in neat and safe manner.
